ACQUISITION CRITERIA
Alistar is currently looking to acquire a superior business with good growth potential that meets the following:
i. EBITDA $1-4 Million
ii. Located in the continental U.S.
iii. Natural ROE > 15%
iv. Performing company (non-distressed)
While Alistar is rather industry agnostic, it does emphasize the following criteria:
i. Niche markets
ii. Food industry, Baking + Confections, CPG, Pet
iii. No technology
iv. Strong senior management
